Many conferences use Tracks to help attendees categorize and determine which presentations they might be interested in attending. For the last three years, ELD has also used this method. In planning for the 2014 event, the Organizing Committee reviewed feedback and also tried to think outside the box in this regard. So, for ELD14, we’re doing away with Tracks and classifying all presentations by Keywords.
We have a pre-determined set of 21 Keywords and each presentation will be assigned three of them, with no single Keyword having more than four presentations within it. Presenters are also being asked to provide one Keyword of their own choosing. Each presentation, therefore, will have four Keywords to help attendees determine what the session will cover.
