Emerging Learning Design Introduces The 2016-2017 Executive Board Members
The mission of the Emerging Learning Design Conference is to provide a space to showcase innovation as well as to engage in a vibrant and dynamic discourse regarding pedagogy and how technology can better enhance or transform it.
MONTCLAIR, NJ – December 7, 2016 — Emerging Learning Design announces its 2016-2017 Executive Board. The executive board will play an active role in the development, maintenance, and growth of the ELD Community.
Comprised of academic and learning community members, the membership of the Executive Board reflects ELD’s growth as an organization. Diverse and energetic, each Executive Board member will contribute their talents to the organization during the course of their 2-year term.
AJ Kelton, Executive Director, states “I am ecstatic to work alongside such a diverse group of individuals….Despite their profession or title, they all have something in common, they’re passionate about the ELD organization and I couldn’t have asked to work with a better executive board.”
The ELD Executive Board will be responsible for the annual conference (ELDc), the Emerging Learning Design Journal (ELDj), as well as the continued expansion of the ELD community. ELDc provides a space to showcase innovation as well as to engage in a vibrant and dynamic discourse regarding pedagogy. ELDj is an open access, peer-reviewed, online journal that provides a platform for academics and practitioners to explore emerging learning design theories, concepts, and issues.
