Mariam Morshedi is a civil rights lawyer who works to broaden access to the law. In her litigation role, she advocated for low-income individuals in class actions and other large-impact cases, and she recently launched a legal database aimed to teach the general public about law. With a master’s degree in legal anthropology and an undergraduate focus in mathematical logic, she believes anyone with curiosity can understand legal concepts, and her nonprofit provides a means for them to learn.
